Created as part of my tea party-inspired body of work, Violet explores the idea of what it means to have a full cups; not just materially, but spiritually. The overflowing tea represents the moments, relationships, and experiences that nourish us and remind us to pour into ourselves as generously as we pour into others.
The soft purple palette evokes feelings of peace, imagination, and self-worth, while the floral elements blooming from her hair suggest growth and renewal. Her joyful expression serves as a reminder that happiness is not something to wait for; it is something to cultivate, protect, and share.
